Dr. Lavallee and his staff are great. We moved to the area 2 years ago and have been taking our Labrador for two years as well and no complaints.
Wrong diagnosis on not one but two of my dogs. Hundreds of dollars down the drain and the worst was my the pain my dogs didn't need to go through. Found another vet that took the time to look at all the symptoms and the problems were fixed in week after months of my dogs in pain. Will Never go back.
Never again will i recommend a person to this place. After not 1 but 2 visits with our dog 1st for distemper and next week for rabies shots as the dog is very small he recommended 2 visits and knew were were breeding the dog they never drained the anal glands and 1 burst back again the next week spent another 120.00 and got antibotics they the clinic replace the cap with a cap that did not fit and it spilled out on car seat and in the box. They said would give us another one but went to get a new bottle of antibotics he wanted to charge us. Smh he dr lavelle seems tonthink you and i are all stupid and dont really know how to care for our pets. 3 deceased pets 1 old and soon will have to be put down all the $$$$$$$ spent there never again he lost a paying customer that has a young dog just bred and he will not get 1 cent more for all the wellness checks for her pregnancy nor will he see 1 single pup or do any vaccination on any of them. 40.00 for a 10.00 bottle of antibiotics. Hope it was worth this review and the loss of a customer. In 2 times in 2 weeks never checks the anal glands. You call yourself a vet. See ya
My dad has taken all of his dogs there for years, and I take mine there as well. Dr. Lavalle's bedside manner is amazing, and his staff are so genuine and caring. I always have, and will continue referring people to take their pets here. They are hands down the best veterinary care in the area!
Have taken our dogs to Dr. Lavallee for over 10 years and he is great with each of them. He and his staff are very caring and helpful.
