I'm a restaurant manager... so maybe I expect too much?.. but, it's nothing that the owners probably wouldn't expect of their employees to provide us, their customers!!! :(

Our two burgers and fries were good but the kid who helped us seem to have no clue what was going on. He seemed lost when we asked for a strawberry banana Julius and both of them were made poorly and they took 10 minutes to make. Which is understandable if they were busy but we were the only ones in the restaraunt...Plus we ordered a small and a medium and he gave them to us in blizzard cups when every other DQ does them in drink cups. So they were both small as hell.
not fill up containers with as much as they are supposed to have (this happens a lot... and I used to work at Dairy Queen!!!... so I know!!!)
provide poor customer service
undercharge you (you want a medium but they give you a small instead and charge you for that small... but you REALLY wanted to be charged for a medium and get a medium!!)

Ice cream was delicious. Rather crowded dining area. Not very clean.

Handled the free cone day very well. 5 buck lunch Sundae and fries good, side salad good, mushroom swiss burger 4 out of 5. Chicken strips are alright. Handled a busy rush very politly and professionally
