If you are thinking about staying here - Dont.
I’ve been around this hotel a few times now and decided to stay, they updated the furniture and it’s very nice and feels comfortable, the breakfast is very nice as well and the staff always try their best to meet everyone’s needs and requests, I’d recommend this hotel to almost anybody.

We were told that the daily rate was $99, but since we were staying as part of the wedding block the price was $130(same rooms, they just added us to the wedding list). They would not allow us to stay at the $99 price.
If you are thinking about staying here - Dont.
Now on to my review.
There was a large stain on my bed so I asked to move to a new room and they said no. Asked for a new blanket and didnt get one for over an hour! this place is okay if you are in a major pinch, but otherwise avoid it like the plague! Drive a little further to stay in a decent hotel.
We decided to not spend the night at the hotel and requested a cancellation of our reservation since we did not want to pay their new price(We had literally made the reservation 5 hours before we arrived). We were told that we can cancel but it would cost $80 and there was no way around this. After about one hour of talking to the front desk employee and his manager (on the phone - Very rude man named "Paul" Chaudhari) we were allowed to cancel for free.
Over all Customer service was horrible and very rude when we just wanted the price we were told to begin with or to not be charged for a room we didn't want. This whole situation could have been resolved quickly and easily but they were determined to make a bigger deal out of it and escalate the situation.
I would like to point out that FOUR of the "5 star" reviews for this hotel are from management or employees of this hotel..(Paresh C, Nirav C (twice) and Nick C all work there). And there is one 5 star review from "Perfect Leather"
Be aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy at this hotel. They will not waver on it. My business travel plans changed at the last minute and they would not cancel my reservation. I had to go to the hotel and check in and request to check right back out again. They refused to give me a receipt for my payment after my transaction. I talked with the front desk, the general manager and the corporate "customer support" and no one could help me. In fact - customer support told me that I was in the wrong and refused help of any kind. I was actually told that I was unreasonable. I was emailed a receipt the next day but only after I emailed them and requested it. Though I didn't stay at the hotel, I looked around and it was very shabby and run down. Made me glad I wasn't going to stay there. Parking lot was empty. No one was staffing the front desk (you had to call them to come down to help you.) The lights were completely off in the pool. The vending machine was empty with a sign that read "snacks are at the front desk". Cleanliness was questionable for sure. I will never stay at a Quality Inn or Choice Hotel again after this terrible customer service experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Decent quality, and mostly clean. Looks as though hotel is in a transition to a quality in (new paint coming, holes in walls, etc. ). Look forward to seeing it improve on our next trip to town.

The Bride told us the price was $80 per room, but when we called and reserved a room we were told the price was $99. Thats fine, what ever. However, when we arrived at the hotel to check in that evening the price was changed to $130.
