This was an online internet purchase so having a good salesman that you can trust is very important! Zach fit the bill perfectly for me. He kept me informed, gave me a great deal and shipped my truck to me in Michigan without incident. Truck arrived when it was supposed to in perfect condition. Zach has made follow-up calls to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and that I was happy with the truck. All I can say is the next vehicle I buy Zach will be the first person I talk to. Belzer' is a great place to buy a vehicle and it doesn't surprise me that they have won so many awards and sell so many vehicles.

Bought a used Explorer and everything went great. My salesperson Mike did a nice job keeping in touch but not pestering me. After the sale he kept in touch and followed up on a couple items we agreed to. The service department took care of a couple minor items and set me up with a loaner vehicle. I liked the feel of a smaller dealership and would go back again.
